i have pain in my chest and on left hand radiating to the right side of shoulder it started 1 week ago i took milanta??and the pain got better but today it came back with sweat i took 1 81 gram aspering ?? i have an appointment tomorow with a hearth doctor in torrance ca

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you are having cardiac disease. All your symptoms like left sided chest pain, radiating to left shoulder and also sweating, suggest cardiac cause most probably ischemic disease. So I will advice you to vet done atleast ecg and 2D Echo and check your blood pressure. So discuss these things with your doctor. Till than no heavy work, no weight lifting, no exertions. Take proper rest.
