My age is twenty one years old I wiegh 130 and I have a low white blood cell count and also have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I was recently tested for cancer since it runs in my family line. The results were negative however I have had extremely severe stomach pains and persistent coughing. What is your diagnosis?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello, your problems are stomach pain and coughing, kindly get evaluated for the same like a chest x-ray and ultrasound abdomen. Get a Bone marrow densitometry (BMD), serum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase as baseline tests which can diagnose osteoporosis and will also give a clue of any kind of cancer.. I think you should proceed in this way and get treated appropriately.
All the best, take care.
