What Could Nausea With Back Pain During Menses Suggest?

My girlfriend just finished her period about 8 days ago. Yesterday she had complained about having the same back pain she gets when she s about to have her period. Today, she said she was feeling nauseous. I know there have been a lot of stressful situations for her and her family recently. Any ideas of what could be going on?

I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..

Please note..
1. I strongly feel that she's having some other pathology or problem apart from the menses thing.

2. Back ache with Nausea, goes more in favour of Renal Calculus or stone disease.

3. Better to get an Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis

4. We can come to diagnosis and treat accordingly..
