What Could Nausea And Chills Post Polyps Removal Suggest?

Hi,My Mom had several Polyps removed from her intestines. Prior to this procedure she had loss of appetite and feeling of fullness after eating. She also had episodes of chills, nausea and even vomiting while having a bowel movement. She still has those episodes even after her Polyps were removed, but she also has a bloated abdomen and a mild pain on the left side of her abdomen. I don t trust the opinions of her doctor. What do you think it is?
