What Could Mucus Filled Bowels With Painful Vagina Suggest?

What is this mucus I have coming out? I go days without having a bowel movement and I am so constipated. When I do go it hurts so bad I have pains shoot up my vagina. Sometimes it has a little blood in it but but not a lot. It has a smell to it and looks like a brownish thick type jelly u take off the top of canned dog food. Please help me Mandi

Noted your history of having chronic constipation, followed by painful bowel movement, pain shoots up vagina, bad smell with thick brownish mucus.
Your history indicates that all your symptoms are related to the constipation.
I would advise you the following:
Colonoscopy with ano-proctoscopy.
Enema to clean the bowel if required.
Laxatives to continue.
If there is a specific reason for having constipation, it has to be treated.
Changes in diet, high fiber diet, avoid foods and beverages that cause constipation.
