Your history indicates that all your symptoms are related to the constipation. I would advise you the following: Colonoscopy with ano-proctoscopy. Enema to clean the bowel if required. Laxatives to continue. If there is a specific reason for having constipation, it has to be treated. Changes in diet, high fiber diet, avoid foods and beverages that cause constipation.
