What Could Missed Periods With Light Red And Brown Spotting And HPT Negative Indicate?
My last menstraution was january26, then February 22 I got a light red and brown spotting like chocolate for barely 2 days. Am I pregnant? But my breast are not sore at all... My lower back hurts. I took pregnancy test this morning but it turn out negative.

sometimes there can be little hormonal imbalance which can lead to altered menses. Since pregnancy test is negative, i think you need not worry.
get a ultrasound done if this recurs.
