What Could Mild Twitching On The Left Temple Every Evening Be Indicative Of?

I feel a mild flutter or twitch on my left temple every evening. It doesn t hurt, so I haven t gone to my doctor. It seems to be where blood veins (vessels) are. I cannot see it in the mirror -- just feel it. Should I ask my doctor about it? I m a 64 yr. old female in excellent health. I do take a statin for slightly high cholesterol, a PPI for GERD, and Singulair for mild asthma. I had a nuclear heart scan a year ago, and it showed no problems. My father, his 3 siblings, and his parents all had TIAs, strokes, and/or heart attacks and died in their 50s (my father s parents) or early 60s (my father and 2/3 sibs)

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is complete non specific type of symptoms and it is nothing to worry at all, you can see the doctor just to clear the doubt else it is not the blood vessels or anything else for that you have to be worried, hope this information helps.
