What Could Mild Cramps Around The Uterus/bladder Region In Females Suggest?

My girlfriend said she has a crampy mild pain near her uterus/bladder area. It has been a constant pain for 6 days now. She went to the doctor and her urine test came back negative and vaginal exam came back negative. She has had no other symptoms and we are not sexually active we are not sure what to do any suggestions??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
I understand your concern.
Lower abdominal cramps can be due to-
- Digestive problems./ constipation bloating of abdomen,
- Stone in urinary bladder,
- fibroid uterus/ problem of fallopian tube/ ovary/ pelvic inflammation.
- Vitamin D deficiency causing weakness in pubic bone
You need to consult your family physician , he will examine you/get your basic investigations done & offer you treatment OR refer you to Gynecologist/Gastroenterologist/ kidney specialist as per need to have specific treatment.
Thanks.
