What Could Lumps/callus On Testicles Suggest?

Callus on testicle? Worries....I have a lump on my testicle sac above the skin like a callus. It's isn't connected to the testicle. It's just raised above the skin like a callus. It's a little red and peeling, and the skin is thick, almost like a rug burn but protruding. It doesn't hurt, but itches slightly. Is it something I should be worried about? It's no where else on my body. I'm 14, and no family history of testicular cancer.
I do masturbate, could it possibly be a friction sore that will go away?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to HCM.
By the query data,You seem to have callosity from friction of masturbation with peeling of the thickened skin.
I would suggest Second Opinion with Surgeon, who would fix the cause and treat it accordingly.
This would help you to plan treatment with your doctor.
Hit thanks if convinced. Will appreciate Premium query for further enquiry.
