Welcome to health care magic.

1.The lesion with enhancement and calcification and anatomical location suggest more of hemangioma.
2. Vascular pathology, lyme disease and white matter disease are seen generalised.
3.An MR angiogram will help to evaluate the feeding vessel.
4.The calcification suggest the long being of the lesion / chronic condition.
5.Suggest MRA - treatment will be intervention / operative, depending on the other medical conditions.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
