Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms may be related to low blood pressure or an infection. Low blood glucose cold also explain this clinical situation.

Do you have fever? What are your actual blood pressure values?

I recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam and some blood tests (complete blood count, PCR, fasting glucose, sedimentation rate, kidney and liver function tests, blood electrolytes).

You should closely monitor your blood pressure frequently during the day and refer those values to your doctor.

A glucose tolerance test would be helpful to exclude any possible disorder of the glucose metabolism.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Greetings!

Dr. Iliri
