What Could It Be If Having Tiny Bump Having A Black Centre Outside The Anus?

i have tiny white hard lump just outside the anus that has a dark black centre. it feels like a tiny little hard pea to touch, have had it for at least a year and it hasn't grown and hasn't got smaller either... what can it be? There seems to be another dark spot just below it that doesn't have a lump... the white lump with black centre moves around in the skin and doesn't hurt, its just irritating if my thong rubs on it and doesn't look like any pictures of external piles that I have seen.. any suggestions? thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chances of pile or polyp is likely although clinical examination is the final judge if this is the not he bleeding symptom then it could be prolapse of rectum too, in absence of typical symptoms of hemorrhoid and polyp it may be nonspecific appearance even may not be prolapse, condition can not be judge well without clinical examination hope this information helps.
