hi, when I lay down at night to go to sleep I get this feeling that I am being choked or the feeling of when a turtleneck is too tight and it keeps getting tighter as time passes. the back of my neck is stiff and sore. I have a slight headache from my sore neck. I also feel like I have no energy. it takes all I have sometimes just to go to bed. for the last week I have been having a numbing feeling that comes and goes on my face. it covers half of my face from forehead to the bottom of my nack and is mainly on the right side. sometimes spreading to the left side. I do suffer from migraines. but this does not feel like a migraine.
