Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the bruises might be the cysts or lipoma, they are to be confirmed by the M.R.I.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
If it is problem cosmetically or growing very big it may need to be excised and removed.
There is no medicine which can be help full to desolve it.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
