So CBC and ebv test done .... Let s see what report comes. Second rule out viral hepatitis by liver enzymes and viral marker study.... Take low fat diet... Symptomatic management done... Water more and maintain hydration.... Antibiotic prophylactically might given... If cold like symptoms present then decongestent taken.... If no liver cause or infectious mononucleosis then simple viral generalised infection can be there. CBC will show lymphocytosis in all viral infection....
