What Could Heavy Bacterial Growth In The Urethral Swab Test Suggest?

Please I went for abodmenal scan and The sonologis said Both of my kidneys harbours minimal amount of fluids,though no trace of dilation of pelvic calyceal system He advised I should go for Urethra swab and urinalysis tests which I have done And from the urethra swab test resultn,,the result shows heavy growth of bacteria(klebs spp)Please I wil like to know what is actually wrong with me because my stomach is disturbing me somehow(abdomen discomfort and a back pain)And I donot have money to subscribe for either of the dollar subcription

it simply implies that you got urinary tract infection and should take oral antibiotics that would cure within 1/2 days!

better to take fluoroquinolones group of antibiotics orally
