What Could Headache With Dizziness Suggest?
I have been having severe sharp pains on the top right side of my head, it only lasts 2-5 seconds, and happens sperotically, i then get dizzy and lightheaded with confusion following, i have anly passed out once and have had many black outs from around 8 years old, i am now 12 going to be 13 in march.

You have a old history of central nerves related symptoms, if you have not gone through the investigation then this is advisable to get done the CT of brain to rule out the brain lesion, along with this, EKG is also necessary hope this information helps.
