What Could Gastritis, Weakness, Lower Back Pain And Swelling In Neck After Sexual Intercourse Mean?

Hi, my name is fal, had condom break with a sex worker in Sept last year.the condom broke exactly during ejaculation so I withdraw .on 20 Oct last year after heavy smoking and alcohol intake the day before I felt very weak , had gas in my stomach for two weeks after which I notice my neck was swollen and painful with sharp pains in the chest and lower back , and also white non creamy coating on the tongue. I feel I have grown a little lean . am freaking out . What is happening to me ,I think of it everyday ,scared,anxious

I am Dr Arun Tank answering your concern.

Condom breaking has nothing to do with your above mention condition.

I think you are suspecting a HIV after this incident. I want to assure you that HIV never cause this type of complication in two weeks. It will take at least 3 to 4 years to reach at this stage.

You can get your self tested for the HIV, test after a three month will be conclusive test for this medications.

Burning in the chest and pain in abdomen is related to excess alcohol intake. It is a gastritis. So anti acidity medication can work on it.

Coated tongue has many reasons , long fever can cause coated tounge.

Leaning out is because of the stress you are having.
