What Could Frequent Urination, Fatigue And Bloating Indicate?

I have a question so I have been trying to have a baby for awhile and I have been experience bloating and getting tired like every time is it down !!! And having to constantly pee like every 20-30 mins but I haven t had a missed period yet or took a test and my family is telling me I might be pregnant and I m looking for answers

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The symptoms you are mentioning may be due to anaemia. Get your hemoglobin checked. If it is low, take iron and folic acid supplements.
However, your increased frequency of urination is not related to anaemia. It might be due to urinary tract infection. Kindly get urine routine test and if it is indicative of infection, it needs to be addressed accordingly.
