What Could Frequent Chest Pain Suggest?

I'm 16, and I frequently have chest pain. It usually feels like my chest is being squeezed really really tightly and sometimes like something's stabbing it. If I'm standing up, I usually get dizzy when my chest starts hurting. I also occasionally just get dizzy. I have headaches really frequently as well. The chest pains are really random. If I exercise or climb up stairs, they start and don't stop til I rest, but they also just randomly occur. Heart attacks are rare in teenagers,but what could it be?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

You have chest pain with dizziness associated ...
Although you are young according to history I want to rule out cardiac causes first....
ECG and 2 d echo cardiography done....
You might have undiagnosed congenital heart disease or heart failure...
According to cause treatment needed.

If no cardiac cause found then dizziness might be by hypoglycemia or labyrinthitis like cause or by vestibular disturbance...
Beta histine can be given for dizziness....

For respi causes chest x ray and spirometry helpful but it will not lead dizziness usually.
Still rule out respi cause if no cardiac cause.

Consult physician for detail history and examination and accordingly investigation..
