What Could Fishy Smell And Patches In Vagina With Reduced Urine Output Indicate?

I think I have a yeast infection but I am not sure. Symptoms I have are only being able to pee a little bit at a time, when I put my finger inside I saw small patches of what looks like discharge on my finger and a fishy smell. What should I do? I cannot afford a gynecologist near me and I do not have insurance.

You seems to have a case of bacterial vaginosis. Its not sexually transmitted or anything serious.
Just take tablet: Metronidazole 400mg Two times daily for 7 days.
Metronidazole have a side effect of metallic taste in mouth and can cause nausea, so dont need to worry about that.
In case of severe nausea, you can take domperidone 10mg as needed for nausea upto 3 times a day.

Your urinary symptoms seems to be due to same cause but in case these doesnt get better after 1 week, get a Urine DR and Urine CS done.

Get well soon, have a nice day ahead.
