What Could Feeling Of Gas Bubble In Esophagus With Severe Reflux And Vomiting Indicate?

I occasionally get a gas bubble stuck in my esophagus to the point that I start to pass out (room gets dark, I start to fall off my chair, etc.) I also get well chewed food backing up in my esophagus that only vomiting will solve. What might be the cause?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the only possible cause would be hyperacidity and this can be best treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, for few days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
I find this answer helpful
