What Could Extreme Tiredness During Pregnancy Suggest?

I am 40+4weeks pregnant and have been very well. I had a good night sleep and only got up twice. I got up at normal time 6am. But by lunch i was so tired i had to go back to bed. To my surprise i didnt wake up untill 4pm!!!! Why am i so tired and is this normal.

Hi,
In early pregnancy, there is rise of pregnancy hormones in your system.This o9nly causes nausea, vomiting ( lac of proper nutrition), giddiness, Psychological upsets,whims in behavior.
So,weakness /tiredness in early pregnancy is usual.This can cause the over sleeping you had..
- Apar from this your age can add to the symptoms.
Healthy life style & medical advise should help.
