What Could Extra Vaginal Skin Be?

I have extra skin on my vagina it hangs down I'm only 12 and I cry about it all the time I hate it , it's wrinkly and nasty looking and I told my mom she says it's normal but I also have two things that open instead of one please help my mom gets insurance to pay for things sometimes because she is Ill Can I get surgery will insurance cover the Cost? If not how much will surgery be?

hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion it might be a skin tag .dont worry.It wont cause any problem.But if you are particular about its appearance then it can be excised by a minor surgery.It wont cost much.THe cost varies in different hospitals.
