What Could Excruciating Pain Be In Right Shoulder,arm,forearm And Hands?

Hi, I am having excrusiating pain from lateroposterior aspect of my right shoulder to posteriolateral aspect of arm and over medial epicondyle and over anteriomedial aspect of forearm and anterioposterio aspect of lateral side of rt hand ,,, what it suggests

Hi,
It primarily appears to be pain occuring due to involvement of a nerve. THere might be an artifact or a deformity compressing the nerves passing through that region. You may take pain killers for 3-4 days and wait and see if the pain subsides. If it doesn't, I'd suggest you to visit a orthopedician and get few scans done.
Also, if your age is above 40, you also should bear in mind the remote possibility of an heart attack (myocardial infarction) presenting in this way, although more commonly it involves chest pain, radiating to the left shoulder and arm.
