What Could Excess Saliva In Mouth With Fever Suggest?

I am constantly feeling sick and being sick, I have a lot of saliva in my mouth all the time, constant metal taste in my mouth and my right arm is in constant pain, I am not pregnant had a hysterectomy, this has been now two weeks i have felt like this and its getting worse

Well come to HCM
The most common cause for the excessive saliva is the hyperacidity and some indigestion, if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this with the following medicines 1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and 2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, the condition is nothing to take with the hysterectomy, hope this information helps.
