What Could Dizziness With Dark Green Stools Post Intake Of Laxatives Indicate?

I have been constipated for 5 days and before that I was constipated for 10 days with only having a bowl movement one time during those 10 days. I took two lax. about 4 pm and started a bowl movement 6 hrs. later. now it is 11:30 am. and I am having dark green bowl movements. My temp is 97.1 and I have been dizzy since prior to taking the lax. and the dizziness is getting worse. I am drinking water, however my stomach is very sore and drinking water is hard to get down. I am clammy and just not feeling well. I don t want to rush to the Urgent care if this is nothing to worry about. Thanks for your help.

Following laxatives when bowels cleared, accumulated waste has been thrown out.


But such type of recurring constipation can be moved not by toxic drugs. It's the habit of intestines.


Ayurveda's herbal powders called choornas are designed for digestive system causing peristalsis to expel excreta. Digestive enzymes are also secreted by these choornas. The methods to take vary a little.

As your gut starts cleansing, digestion improves, strength will start coming in body.

But CHOORNA alone will not help you much. A lot of water intake, walks, deep breathing , fibers in diet will start good peristalsis and herbals will be most effective after that.
