What Could Dizziness, Vomiting And Low Bp During Pregnancy Suggest?
I'm just about 37 weeks pregnant, I was just driving to work and got a sudden onset of feeling drunk dizzy, I couldn't focus without straining and everything seemed to be moving, I rolled the window down all the way to get air then I felt like vomiting. Is there something wrong with the pregnancy? My blood pressure was low last time at the doctors 109/61

Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion the dizziness,vomiting might be due to motion sickness .But its not related to pregnancy.So dont worry.101/60 mm of Hg is also not low BP.This is normal in many people.So relax.As you are 37 weeks now there might be onset of labour pains at any time.The tightness of abdomen with or without backache might suggest labour pains.At times there might be brown discharge.
