What Could Dizziness, Nausea,headache With Foul Smelling Suggest?
Sudden Nausea Dizziness pain in head and neck accompanied by strange sweet smell?? History of MS and have dizziness and nausea often...but not the pain in head and neck and odd aroma, that s something new. Starting to feel better...what the heck was that?

Sweet smell could be due to diabetic keto acidosis
If you are diabetic or this could be a sinus infection
In my opinion you should get your blood sugar and urine for ketone bodies test
You should immediately consult your doctor for the further course of action once you rule out diabetic keto acidosis
