Welcome to healthcare magic
I am Dr Fahim and I will be looking into your problem

I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. Its normal to have discrepancy in testicles size, usually the right one is a bit bigger and left one is lower than the right one. Since you have no history of trauma, pain, swelling and the difference in is not much, so need not to worry as its perfectly normal. If the size gets more than 50% bigger then the other one, with hard consistency then you needs evaluation. The first investigation is usually ultrasonography of the scrotum. It will give us an idea about composition of the testis, any abnormality will be visualized and reported.

I hope my answer will help you. Do rate it, If you like it.
