What Could Delayed Periods, Nausea, Fatigue But Negative Pregnancy Tests Indicate?

Are you really there? My period is one week late. I have cramps, now a stinging feeling inside my vagina, tired, dizzy, nauseous, not much of an appetite, heightened sense of smell, funny taste in my mouth, and three negative pregnancy tests. I'm scared. I don't want a baby, but I am afraid the tests were wrong.

Hello,
In the current scenario, please get a blood test for estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. This is a sensitive and specific test and more helpful in this situation. Since you have all the symptoms of a very early pregnancy, you need to exclude/confirm at the earliest. A trans-vaginal sonogram after a proper clinical evaluation also helps to evaluate the status of the pelvic organs. Please do not worry as there are solutions available for further management even if pregnancy is confirmed. Hope this helps.
