What Could Cholesterol 33, In The Lab Report Suggest?

thanks. basic info: diabetic II , o2/11/11 last lab test: glucose 285, sodium 129 chloride 92, hemoglobin 18.3, creatinine 0.5, creatinine ratio 32.0, calcium total 8.2, protein total 6.3, cholesterol 696, tryglycerides 5760. hdl cholesterol 33, non hdl cholesterol 663, apparence chemistry Turbid. Now under this medications:gemfibrozil 600mg, glyburide 5mg, metformin 1000mg.
I fell energetic, little pain in my lower back left area, and with some diarrea and sour stomach, some aciditi.I need to knoe your point of view

Dear sir, Greetings from HCM... As i see your report your triglyceride levels are very very high ... this is the reason you are prescribed gemfibrozil 600mg ... this drug will lower your triacyglycerol levels ... i suspect you are suffering from congenital hypertriglycerolemia.. if you are an alcoholic you need to stop strictly.. right now... and stop smoking .. reduce your carbohydrate intake, take more of fiber rich diet like green leafy vegetables, and oats.. you need to reduce intake of fried and processed food stuffs, sweets and even avoid fruits also.. you need physical exercise ... now it is very important for you at this stage ... you atleast walk 1-2 hours a day ... even you need to take the anti-diabetic medications strictly.. there is a high risk of developing acute pancreatitis too please be serious and take medications and lifestyle modifications strictly ...thank you .. do contact us formore queries
