What Could Cause Vomiting And Nausea After Being Treated For Typhoid Fever, Malaria And Mumps?

I am 36 years of age, I just came back from the hospital today where I was diagnosed and treated of typhoid fever, malaria and mumps for 6 days. I still feel unwell and have serious nusea and even vomitted all the water melon I took. What exactly is the matter?

It could be an antibiotics adverse effects. It could be just an intolerance or something more severe like a hepatotoxicity. You need a new evaluation.
