What Could Cause The Veins To Pop Out In My Knee Cap?

recently my veins have all pop out in my left knee cap. it is starting to cause bad pain. I just wonder what might have caused that?
I have 2 kids 4 and 2 I had just ational diabetes while I was pregnant with both. also I know I was pregnant did have chronic hypertension. my doctor told me that my heart only pumps blood at 5o to 55 percent. and I do have an enlarged heart now I do too both pregnancies having chronic hypertension I was never on medication for the

Hi, you could be having varicose veins in your left leg. You can confirm it by getting a Color Doppler test done. It is a simple painless test like an Ultrasound. It will be able to see your veins and come to a diagnosis. Even if you have varicose veins, you need not worry as it does not require any treatment until you have pain or any other problems with it. If you are having any other symptoms due to them, then you can undergo laser treatment which is painless and long lasting. You can tell us the report if you need further help with your condition.
