What Could Cause Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind Ear While Being On Beta Blocker?

I am a 32 year old female 5 5 150 lbs although I appear fairly thinner than that- I wear a size 3 in jeans and x-small in shirts and sweaters. My abdomen has been swollen lately, I have little red pin dots scattered on skin, they are not raised , more like in the skin-flush with it. Hips appear discolored. I am having problems with swollen lymph node on back of left side of head behind ear. feeling of water trapped in right ear with bubbling sensations. Blood pressure ranging from 139/92-156/103 pulse dramatically slower while blood pressure is high like around 86, but when blood pressure comes down slightly pulse of 130+. Severe shoulder, neck and head pain. I am on a beta blocker for sinus tachycardia. I also have left sided murmur, small leakage. No fever, no cough. hoarse throat off and on. Also have sores on scalp left side. What could this be?

since how long your having this.
how big is the lymph node, like if it's smaller than 1cm, painless then it can be normal and not a matter of worry, but if it's more, or painful it is pathological and probably some infection like ear infection or boils or acne near that area.
If it's pathological then get it yourself examined for lymph nodes at other sites. Doctor can perform aspiration with syringe if he thinks it's pathological.
