Hi
I read your query and would like to suggest that the cause is hyper adrenaline stimulation. This is a common response to physical activity.
I recommend to take betablockers, if any talk with your doctor to adjust the doses. Also i suggest to make a cool down movements after physical work.
Hope i answered your query.
