1. Possible severe stressful/ anxiety episode.
2. Systolic usually rises during stressful period, which has caused the increase. As you were relaxed at the hospital, your blood pressure came out normal.
3. You need to try relaxation and meditation. Avoidance of stress is necessary. Additionally, weight reduction, moderate exercises and low salt intake would be helpful.
