What Could Cause Sudden, Constant Lightheadedness, Blocked Ears With Severe Anxiety?

Hi Dr. I do not know where to begin, for the last 7 weeks i have been experiencing constant lightheadedness - where i will have a sudden onset of a dizzy-turn where my heart races & i go into a state of pre-syncope. i have never, so far, endured full blown syncope. My left ear feels as though it is blocked, sometimes i get a slight ringing sensation. i have anxiety when i have to go somewhere due to the fear of not know when my head will go funny . i have 2 small children, have a full time job and am 22 yo female. also, since this incident - i have had lots of gunk in my nostrils.. its never runny. i have had CT scans, blood tests, hearing and balance tests - all clear, though i was told it could possibly be vestibular neuritis, & 8th cranial nerve damage, and that it will go away on it s own. when these turns come on, i have to lay down & i am usually extremelly fatigued after for a few hours, sometimes even days. it is very difficult for me to go about my regular day & work like this. I have seen a 2nd doctor, who is sending me for more CT scans/MRI scans in a few weeks if it has not passed or eased up. could it be eustachian tube dysfunction? i need the comfort of an answer (i know it is hard to do), and some sort of relief - if not long term, for a brief moment. it is debilitating and extremelly frustrating. please help guide some light into this! i do not drink, smoke, or take any drugs. i live a healthy and active lifestyle (before all of this started)... & as much as i physically can now. My anxiety has only been recent, i am so scared to go anywhere by myself incase it happens & i cant do anything & no one knows what is going on with me.. please help! Tiffiny Kajewski

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi madam, analyzing your problems, it lloks like u have inner ear disease.
Eustachian tube dysfunction will cause only ear block sensation and slight refuced hearing. But will not cause light headeness.
More so it looks it is meneires disease.
Treatment; you can take labyrinthine sedatives, vasoactive drugs.
Not reduving with these you can go for iTG or even decompression surgery.
If it vestibular neuronitis then also treatment is almost same.
Doctor will teach you some rehabilitation exercise which you have to fo daily.
It wil take atleast 3 to 6 weeks to recover completely. ? But you will be fine. Just consult doctor and followhis instructions
