What Could Cause Stomach Pain?

My friend at work felt some stomach pains she got up to get some medicine then she fainted . I caught her fall .as I was laying her down I noticed her eyes were open her hands tightend up ..she was out for about 30 to 45 seconds then she woke up and reached for some water . As she was reaching she then fell back again and was out for another 30 seconds or so... My question is what could have caused this and are those normal symptoms from fainting..

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for choosing HCM for helps.
I had gone through the history given here, I could say that it could be syncope, certain reasons are there for that the most common is epilepsy, second it could be cerebral pathologies, beside this it could be due to hypoglycemia, hysteria.
consecutive fit attack, is very less likely or not possible in epilepsy or in transient ischemic attack, it can only possible in hysteria.
Advise:- CT brain is must, along with this get done the blood sugar level, EKG, EEG without this diagnosis is not possible.
hope this information helps.
