What Could Cause Stiff Muscles, Pain In Legs,back, Neck And Shoulders?
I have a lot of muscle stiffness and pain in my legs and feet also back neck ann shoulders. It s like I have been heavily excercising when I haven t been. Worse in morning when getting out of bed or if I have been sitting in one place for an hour. No energy not sleeping as constantly stretching my legs. I am 48 years old and female. Am pre menopausal with hot flushes and night sweats headaches. Irregular periods.

You should consult orthopaedic surgeon. He will advise you some blood tests e.g serum RA factor, serum uric acid, E.S.R, C.R.P. He will also do your physical examination. .
After analysing all reports he would be able to tell you the root cause of your pain. You should also consult gynaecologist for hotflushes etc.
