What Could Cause Sperm In Urine?

i was wondnering why there was sperm in my urine. i just went to the bathroom and i noticed that there was sperm coming out when i urined. this isn't the first time that this has happened. it happened maybe a month or 2 ago. is there is a reason why this happens?

Hello and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
Sperms in urine may be seen,due to various causes. Some of them are :
Prostatitis,prostate cancer,retrograde ejaculations,etc.
You get examined by an Urologist and do some tests like,1.urine routine.
2. PSA and
3. ultrasound -KUB,with residual urine and TRUS.(trans rectal scan).
According to the reports,an expert opinion can be given,regarding cause.
You may send the reports to me,for an expert opinion,as a direct question.
