Hi,

As per your complain you have problem of whitish particles in urine and foul smell of urine that may be because of urinary tract infection or kidney infection or other situations. Do a complete blood cell count and urine test with microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis. Ultasonography can be done if needed. Consult nephrologist for further diagnosis. Detail history and physical examination give exact idea about problems.

I hope my guidance helpful to you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
