What Could Cause Sharp Pains On The Left Side Of The Stomach & Lower Back?
Im on the second day of my period but i have been trying to concieve. On thee first day, it was very light brown and red spotting like implantation is descibed. I also have been feeling sharp pains on the left side of my stomach and abdomen andd also lower back and just a weird movemnent feeling. Could i be pregnant?

Of course if you are trying to conceive and you have a delay in your monthly period, pregnancy should be confirmed/ruled out. If pregnancy is ruled out, orher factors that can cause a delay in your regular periods needs to be ruled out.
