What Could Cause Sharp Pain Behind Ear, Dull Headache With Itching And Rashes Indicate?

I have a sharp pain in the side of my that goes down behind my left ear not always there sometimes it can be a dull pain in my head behind my right ear I have an itching that can come out as a rash if I scratch mostly just happens in the evening rarely through the day

It seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is something that causes recurrent headaches and also starts due to a trigger factor. In your case, I feel that the itching is the trigger factor. I know the migraine is a distressing syndrome. I am here to help you.

You can try to avoid the trigger factor so that you can prevent the migraine. Here are a few more things that you can try:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
