What Could Cause Severe Stomach Pain After A Kidney Transplant?

Hi, I have been to hospital 3 times due to severe severe pain and stomach and they said it was a blockage and constipation. They gave me stuff to try, but none worked or is working, I had a kidney transplant and take a lot of meds for that and a fused neck. Anyway. I haven't gone in almost a month and before that just very little. I can't stand the pain anymore. It hurts so bad in low left stomach, side and low back hip area????
What do I do, because doctors and hospital keep giving me stuff to do at home which I've done with no luck? What do I do?
