Hi, i have gone through your query; it suggests that most probably nexovas is not related with severe nasal congestion, tear and itchy eyes but it may be due to preexisting allergic rhinitis.
Instead of otrivin you may use the steroid nasal spray & fexofenadine and montelukast combination after consulting with your doctor.
Thanks
