What Could Cause Severe Joint Pain?

I have had severe joint pain for several years; the most painful in my DIP joints of fingers and toes. My muscles hurt all the time. I have seen 2 rheumatologists but not satisfied. I do have Raynaud's and Hypothyroidism and the latest rheumatologist has diagnosed me with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. For the past 3 years I have developed obvious ridges in my fingernails. My most recent C K level is 188 and my CRP is 11.2. I think I may have psoriatic arthritis( I have what appears to be psoriasis on my elbows) but Rheumatologist doesn't agree yet.

Rheumatologist 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query

I am Dr. Alok and very pleased to be assisting you with your health questions today.

I do agree with a diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis because DIP joint involvement is common in the same.

I want to know, why rheumatologist is not agree with this diagnosis, and what they think?

I wish you good health, take care
