What Could Cause Prolonged Condition Of Diarrhea?

my burps smell like sewer poop and vomiting and diarrhea i had it off and on for three months thought it was flu but flu does not last for months it comes and goes i have no spline and my white cell count is from 9,000 to 34,000 at acute time of condition i really need help been to er 6 times no fix help 29yr male

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of burps smelling like sewer poop, vomiting and diarrhea going on and off for three months, thought of flu but flu can not last so long. You have no spleen and hence the white cell count ranges from 9,000 to 34,000 when there is an acute infection, been to ER 6 times without any help...
Since the spleen is not there you are more exposed to have an infection of any sort. Hence one of the reasons for 3 months of intestinal problem is there and hence I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tested for three consecutive days.
Get the blood tests for : CBC, thyroid function and thyrotoxicosis can be one of the reasons; sugar for diabetes, liver and Kidney functions.
You definitely need a proper course of an antibiotic, metronidazole.
Long course of a probiotic.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause, instigate or enhance the problems.
Colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen is better to be done.
Once the proper diagnosis is made, it will be easy to have a proper treatment.
