What Could Cause Pricking Pain In Chest?

sir,
am johnson from Bahrain
i have pin pricking little pain in my left side chest near my front sholder. please advise, why this pain may? it is not always... some times only it comes
if i feel pain i cannot turn that moment... my body should be constant and relax after some time pain will go.... please advise

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here you have no respiratory or cardiac symptoms so that causes seems to be very less in your case.
First your pain might just be because of muscular strain.Excess exercise, heavy weight lifting , improper bed posture might be the cause.
Give simple analgesic for that.
Hot compress may be helpful.
Second it could be referred pain from acid reflex or ulcer.omeprazole can be taken for it.
Third it can be because of costochondritis or myositis.Complete blood examination and CRP test done.Take analgesic or antiinflammatory drug for its initial treatment.
Avoid stress.
