What Could Cause Palpitations, Fatigue And Feeling Of Losing Power During Afternoon Nap?

Hello , I am a female 20 years old and weight is 58kg height : 167cm . I suffer from palpitations and feel the beat all over my body , I feel fatigued , and powerless ... and this only happens to me when I sleep during afternoon or when am trying to take a nap ! I am on zoloft ...its been about 9 months .. what could be the reason behind my afternoon/nap palpitations !? please help! its like my whole body beats ://

I really appreciate your concern if you have history of palpitation, fatigue, weakness, after the noon nap, then this could be functional condition and nothing to worry about this, only thing at the most you can do is correct the hypoglycemia this could be a cause of these, looking to your age such functional problem is very likely, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
